Getting Started
Perception Cards is a platform that brings collectible cards to life with digital enhancements. Each card you collect can unlock exclusive content, rewards, and experiences that go beyond the physical card itself.
- Create an account or log in
- Find the unique serial number on your card (usually on the back)
- Go to "Register Card" and enter the serial number
- Your card and any associated enhancements will be added to your collection
Yes! Creating an account and registering your cards is completely free. You only pay for the physical cards themselves.
Enhancements
Enhancements are digital or physical rewards that come with your cards. They can include exclusive videos, downloadable content, physical merchandise, and more. Some enhancements are unlocked automatically when you register a card, while others require collecting specific sets of cards.
Secret enhancements are special rewards where the contents remain hidden until you claim them. You'll see a lock icon and "Secret" label until you meet the requirements and claim the enhancement. Once claimed, the mystery is revealed!
Once you've met the requirements for an enhancement (such as collecting specific cards), you'll see a "Claim" button. Click it to claim your reward. Some enhancements are automatically unlocked, while others may require shipping information for physical rewards.
Some enhancements may have expiration dates, which will be clearly displayed. Make sure to claim time-sensitive enhancements before they expire. Once claimed, your rewards don't expire.
Card Management
Yes! You can transfer cards to other users through the "Transfer Cards" feature. The recipient will need a Perception Cards account to receive the transfer. Note that some enhancements may be affected by transfers.
Once a card is registered to your account, the digital enhancements remain tied to your account even if you lose the physical card. However, the physical card itself cannot be replaced through Perception Cards.
No, each card can only be registered once. If you purchased a card that was already registered, you'll need to have the previous owner transfer it to you, or contact support for assistance.
Account & Support
Go to "Account Settings" from your dashboard to update your shipping address. Make sure your address is up to date before claiming any physical enhancements.
